A pocket change savings bank (circa: 1978) fabricated from a coconut shell, painted aluminum, iron and gold filled links, etc. The bank will spin due to a bearing spinner located on the bottom behind the iron chain mail skirt. Kinetics win (rule), don’t Ya think???
