Three/Three Creeping Booch

by David LaPlantz ·

Creeping slowly towards the New Mexico, horizon landscape, one could only quiz the intent.

Like most of life’s mysteries, time and patience to observe the cause/effect seems logical.

But, for some of us, can we wait ‘n see?

Soft

by David LaPlantz ·

One, Two, Three: press ‘n go!

Soft, like pillows of love.

Pry into the die and as quick as you can say, “Deflate, the deed is done!” “Never felt like such a fool, how ’bout you?”

Soft Arrow Analysis Confirmed

by David LaPlantz ·

Upon further analysis and comparing information with the world-wide data base, it was confirmed that the material that comprised the Soft Arrow found in Ohio matched the same trace materials found only in Tunguska, the site of a massive explosion in Siberia, that took place on June 30, 1908.

Furthermore, the lines depicted on the Soft Arrow match perfectly with the longitude and latitude of the massive Siberian explosion. Now what?

Soft Arrow Brooch

Tickets Please?

by David LaPlantz ·

You could either “take the last train for the Coast,”

or cash in that ticket and take advantage of the your future                                                by opening the “future” lock.

Like pie, it is easy to follow the “key” that is already in your heart.

Just pucker up your lips and whisper, “Go!”

Tagua Nut (Vegetable Ivory) Pendant

by David LaPlantz ·

Tagua nut, also called vegetable ivory is a wonderful medium. No wonderful animal of nature’s family is killed to harvest this material.

Growing in South America, tagua has a grain similar to ivory, is dense and hard. It is a fabulous art material to work.

A black, rubber hanging cord is incorporated into the 2″ long, pierced and polished tagua nut pendant.

David’s New Mexico: AutoBiographical

by David LaPlantz ·

The art that tells a story can be inspirational, if you know how to read the symbolism.

If you can’t read the symbolism, then a narrative needs to help explain the story.

David’s neckwear is about New Mexico, two loves, the connection of link work from Colorado (CSU) to Ohio (KSU), Route 66 – get your kicks, etc.
