Tagua nut, also called vegetable ivory is a wonderful medium. No wonderful animal of nature’s family is killed to harvest this material.

Growing in South America, tagua has a grain similar to ivory, is dense and hard. It is a fabulous art material to work.

A black, rubber hanging cord is incorporated into the 2″ long, pierced and polished tagua nut pendant.
